We are looking for a scheduler is to oversee the management of staffing resources to ensure Your Life Your Way (YLYW) care packages are effectively resourced.
To manage the clients rotas utilising our access care planning / people planning software and to work in close partnership with departments to ensure safe, effective care is provided to our clients and staff.
The role will be based at our head office in Hartford, Cheshire and is part time at 22.5 hours per week. The hours of work are 1000am – 230pm, Monday to Friday, although we are flexible in our approach to working hours. We are offering a competitive salary of £25,836.66 pro rata 22.5 hours equating to £15,502.96 per annum.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Scheduler, you’ll need:
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic IT and record-keeping skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications
Ability to work independently where required
A full UK driving licence is advantageous
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
